Pseudorandom Thoughts

Link an interesting read. one question that springs to mind is whether protection against unreasonable search and seizure includes information about the individual held by a third party. perhaps that's an overly anal line of inquiry, since the spirit of the constitutional guarantee would seem to include privacy violations. then again, i don't play a supreme court justince on TV.
